Using the Ticket Center

Where to file support requests, damage disputes and account questions.

All support, damage disputes, account questions and report requests are handled through the in-platform Ticket Center. You can find it in the sidebar menu after signing in.

What goes in a ticket

  • Damage disputes: include the job link and the overlay-popup video evidence (see Disputing Job Damage).
  • Account / login problems: describe what you tried, the time it happened and any error you saw.
  • Bug reports: include reproduction steps, the affected job ID if any, and a screenshot or short clip when possible.
  • Reports against another user: attach evidence and the user's VTLog profile link.

Response times

Tickets are picked up by the team in roughly the order they arrive, with damage disputes prioritised because of the 7-day filing window. You will receive a response inside the ticket itself; the platform notifies you when a staff member replies.

Discord direct messages and modmail are no longer used for support. Please open a ticket through the Ticket Center so the team can track and respond to your case properly.
