If you believe damage on a delivered job was not your fault (a third-party, an NPC, a game bug or anything outside your responsibility), you may request a review within 7 days after delivery.
How to file
- Sign in to VTLog and open the Ticket Center from the sidebar menu.
- Create a new ticket and select the relevant category for damage disputes.
- Include the link to the job concerned in your first message.
- Attach video evidence showing the moment of damage and the in-game VTLog overlay popup.
Evidence requirements
- The overlay popup must be readable: Steam ID, damage token and UTC timestamp.
- Without a visible overlay matching the damage, the request is not eligible.
- The in-game automatic suspension reset setting must be enabled at the time of the incident.
- Speeding through a tollbooth barrier above 35 km/h is never refundable.
Damage disputes are handled exclusively through the Ticket Center. Discord direct messages or modmail tickets for damage reviews are no longer accepted.
