Clients Before 1.1.9.5 Deprecated – Update Required
As of now, all VTLog clients running versions before 1.1.9.5 are officially deprecated. To continue logging jobs, make sure you are using version 1.1.9.5, the latest release.
We understand some users experienced issues with auto-updating — we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Since the last two versions, we’ve improved the update system, and it should now function more reliably.
If you don’t update, you risk being unable to log jobs, as our servers are being upgraded and now require the latest client version.
Download the latest .dll and replace the file in %appdata%/vtlog.
Server Upgrades in Brazil & Singapore
Good news! We've completed major hardware upgrades:
- Brazil Server – Now with 2× the processing power
- Singapore Server – Now with 3× the processing power
Tracker to Jobs DB Transition
Over the next few days, we’ll begin rolling out our new Tracker to Jobs Database system.
To support this, each tracker will be taken offline one at a time for maintenance and upgrades.
We'll do our best to minimize downtime, but some temporary disruptions are expected.
Company Cooldown Reminder
We’ve noticed some users requesting cooldown removals after leaving a company. Please note:
- Leaving a company triggers a 7-day cooldown before you can rejoin or join another.
- There’s a clear confirmation popup before leaving — once you confirm, the cooldown applies.
We do not bypass this cooldown under any circumstances.
